Knocking on Heaven's Door Penthouse

One of the best apartment, Magdalena and her husband were very helpful in making our stay just perfect 😍 Positive: Clean and comfortable, excellent service and very good location. Negative: The price through Booking.com, relatively little high.

Positive: The place is beautifully designed, modern and spacious, the kitchen has all new hardware, the in room breakfast was amazing and the management team and the owner were welcoming and helpful. Negative: It was summer time and temperature was high with No air conditioning in the whole apartment, thus it was very difficult to sleep at night and rest at noon. and there was construction work next door starting 7 am.

A luxurious stay with amazing views and amenities! Positive: The penthouse unit was beautifully and tastefully decorated, and the kitchen was well appointed. The beds were comfortable and linens were in line with high-end luxury accommodations. The deck was large and beautiful, and the view of the Matterhorn was amazing. We loved the relaxing spa area, which our unit had direct access to, being on the same level. And the breakfast was such a luxurious plus- so delicious, made to order and promptly delivered at the time requested. Joel and Magdalena were very responsive and took care of our every need. It felt like we were staying at a Four Seasons property. Negative: While our dislikes are greatly outweighed by our likes and the amazing quality of the property, I will note that the upstairs rooms were hot and hard to cool off at night with the small window openings. Those sleeping upstairs found it hard to get a good night of sleep. They kindly provided fans, but unfortunately it was not enough to get the cool air outside to flow inside.
